This is the sort of dedication we surely deserve and must expect from our elected officials.

I'm not sure how racism figures into it, though. I often have trouble understanding that. Maybe someone should explain it to me.

At any rate, this is the sort of thing for which St. Louis needs more publicity, I'm sure.
