Friday night, I went back to work to do some things so I wouldn't have to go back over the weekend. Julie came with me. I parked in the garage under the building. The parking went OK, but the leaving was problematic.
The parking spots in the garage are really deep, so when I backed out the usual amount and turned the wheel, I didn't back out enough. I'd picked a parking space adjacent to a support column. As a result:
It's in the shop and I'm driving a flashy (?) red Chrysler Sebring that doesn't quite fit into our garage at home. The CR-V is shorter, so the junk in the garage has occupied the space that today's standard Big American Car requires for parking.
I'm not going to attempt to make it fit, though. It can just stay out in the driveway.
